GP Practice PCRS and Financial Management Course (1 Day)

Learn how to maximise your PCRS income and improve finances of your practice.

How often have you fully analysed your pink sheets to see if you are getting your full entitlement from the PCRS?  Yet doing so, can make a real impact on the financial performance of your practice.  With so many imcome streams to keep track of, it's easy to under-perform in areas such as practice support subsidies, leave entitlements, STCs, correctly categorising your patients, immunisation programs and so on.  Add to that the Under 6s, asthma and diabetic cycle of care and you see how important it is to fully analyse your income.

This course is designed for anyone responsible for the management of PCRS claims and subsidies within the practice and for tracking income and expenditure.  It will give participants an in-depth understanding of all PCRS and private income sources and the rules and regulations around PCRS claims.  Alpa's PCRS monitoring and financial tracking tools will be used to show participants how to track, monitor and maximise the practice's income.
